Jacob R. Hunt, 27, formerly of Monaca, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014. A graduate of Monaca High School, Jake was attending CCBC majoring in computer forensics. He served in the US Army National Guard and was deployed to New Orleans during the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Jake was a San Francisco 49er’s fan.

He will be sadly missed by his parents, Robert E. and Suzanne (Youtes) Hunt and a sister, Raven Hunt, all of Monaca.

Private family services were held at Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Ave., Monaca.
