Condolence: Kathy and I were saddened to learn of Francis' death. I taught at Hartford HS from 1974 until 2004, and it was a pleasure to work with Francis. He was a hard worker, a problem solver and a great story teller. He especially delighted in telling stories of his family. I saw him on a return visit and he was happy, rested and busy, as always. Condolence: Francis was a very good, honest, hard working man. I never saw him with anything but a smile and kind word. He was Francis to everyone and he taught me as much as anyone in school. I pay him my respects. RIP Mr. Vincent. To his family I offer my heartfelt thanks for sharing him with generations of students at Hartford High School. He made a difference in a lot of lives.
